Beau Agency was where I began my journey as a professional designer in a serious and structured way. It was my first opportunity to work directly with clients and to be involved in the entire process—from receiving and analyzing requirements to proposing solutions and delivering the final product. Each project was never just about “making things look good,” but about deeply understanding the client, the brand, the business goals, and the real context of use. Through this, I learned how to turn sometimes vague or abstract requests into clear, purposeful design directions. More importantly, I came to realize that a good design is not only correct—it also needs to be distinctive enough to define the product and express the brand’s identity.

The agency environment helped me grow rapidly in UI skills, from visual thinking, layout, and color to building consistent visual languages for different projects. But even more valuable was my early exposure to UX thinking—not just designing interfaces, but thinking about user behavior, experience, and logical flows. I learned to ask the right questions before jumping into execution, to defend design decisions with clear reasoning, and to balance the expectations of clients, the needs of users, and the practical constraints of the product. Each project became an opportunity to train my ability to think systematically and to solve problems through design, rather than simply creating visually appealing screens.

Most importantly, under the guidance of my manager, I learned how to approach this profession with discipline and high standards. He didn’t just teach me skills, but also shaped my mindset, attitude, and sense of responsibility toward the products we create. From the way we approached problems, reviewed and challenged ideas, presented solutions, to the way we cared about the smallest details—everything was carefully refined. Looking back, Beau Agency was not only where I started my design career, but also where the foundation of my product thinking, professional standards, and long-term growth mindset was truly formed—and these are values I still carry with me today.
