Sendo was where I truly learned what it means to build products in a mature, professional, and well-structured environment. It was a place where cross-functional collaboration was not just a concept, but a daily practice—bringing together Developers, Business Analysts, Testers, Scrum Masters, UX Writers, and UX Researchers into one cohesive product team. Working in such an environment allowed me not only to fully apply the skills and experience I had accumulated, but also to continuously refine my way of thinking about products, users, and systems.

The process was clear, disciplined, and end-to-end. I had the opportunity to be involved in every stage of the product lifecycle—from early discovery, research, and problem framing, to ideation, design, implementation, testing, and iteration. This gave me a much deeper understanding of how good products are shaped over time, not just designed in isolation. It was also during this time that I became deeply familiar with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, learning how to work within structured yet flexible frameworks, balance speed with quality, and collaborate effectively across disciplines.

More than just a workplace, Sendo was also a place of strong human connection. I was fortunate to work with many talented, dedicated, and genuinely kind colleagues across different roles and teams. We supported each other through challenges, shared successes, and grew together through many projects. Even today, long after moving on to different paths, many of us still stay in touch, meet up, and spend time together. Those relationships, built on trust, respect, and shared experiences, remain one of the most valuable things I gained from my time at Sendo.
