Since mid-2024, I’ve been working at Samsung SDS as a deputy head of CX Part, where I contribute to large-scale, enterprise-level products. While the projects are private and not publicly available, my work there has allowed me to deepen my expertise in building complex systems, designing scalable user experiences, and refining products that serve real, high-impact business needs. I’m deeply involved in shaping UX structures, interaction flows, and experience strategies—focusing on clarity, consistency, and long-term usability.
